Florida Bowl ( I ) Champions State of Florida Correction

 

Take you best shot in 2005 Florida Bowl ( II ) flag football tournament. We want to find out which department has the best 7 on 7 flag football team in South Florida. This football tournament brings police and fire departments from around the state of Florida together for two days of great football games, Also a super way to get ready for the Olympics.

Get your fellow police officers or firefighter from your department who wants to play with you in the tournament. Then fill out the team’s entry form. Mail your entry form to: South Florida Sports League Inc., 2520 SW 22 Street Suite 2-309 Miami, FL. 33145. You may pay with department check, money order, and cashier check only! For added convenience you may pay by credit card online (Visa or Master card only) by visiting our web page: www.sfsl.org. Do not send Cash. After your registration have been processed, your team captain will be receiving written verification and more information about the tournament and other events.

  • Each player will receive a free FLORIDA BOWL (II ) T-shirt.
  • The Champions and Runner-up of each division will receive TEAM and Individual trophies. Then the Police Officers and Firefighters Champion will play each other for the: FLORIDA BOWL ( II ) Championship Trophy!
  • A non-refundable entry fee of $325.00 per team must accompany your entry form.
    Thats only $21.00 a player
  • Firefighters: All paid full-time, professional firefighter that are State certified; not volunteers.
  • Law Enforcement Officers: All full-time sworn law enforcement and correctional officers; not security guards, police students or cadets.
  • Retired firefighters, sworn law enforcement and correctional officers: are invited to play in the tournament.
    Official department identification is required at every Game.

This 7 on 7 flag football tournament. All teams will play three games in a pool play format.
